How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation either by phone or through our website. Our website is accessible on both computers and mobile devices, making it convenient for you to book your stay. We recommend using our official Mori no Oto website, as it provides the most up-to-date availability information.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in is not possible at this time.
Can I drop off my luggage in advance?
Depending on the time and contents of the items to be stored, it may be possible to accommodate. Please be sure to consult with us in advance. (Requests on the day of use are generally not accepted)
Are only dogs allowed as pets? Can I bring a large dog?
If you have a pet other than a dog, please contact us separately via email inquiry. While we do allow large dogs, we kindly ask that they also wear proper pet manners attire and refrain from entering areas where pets are not permitted.
